When I click to open the syncup app for the watch, I get a little pop up on the opening screen right before it crashes that says:all items core api failing. Started yesterday and still! Can't track without this app. Tried clearing data, cache, uninstalling app, reinstalling app, and no luck. What is going on? I'm seeing several others also complained yesterday of the same issue. Can tmobile provide an update, especially considering this is a feature for children's safety monitoring? I've had inconsistent reliability with tracking since getting this thing 12 months ago and locked down for another year with it. This wasn't what I agreed to as far as service and reliability. I use this watch to be able to track my son's location when he's outside playing, on school field trips, etc. Airplane mode was just enabled on his watch. THISIS NOT A HELPFUL TRACKING DEVICE IF I CANNOT DISABLE AIRPLANE MODE FROM MYAPP. God forbid something bad happened and a person took his watch and put it on airplane mode, I can no longer contact him, or him contact me, or even track his location. I feel that Airplane Modeshould besomething that isa.) controlled by the app, or b.) removed from the watch completely. The sole purpose of this thing for me is tracking. My Wife sends me an invite via the T-Life app. Iclickon the invite and it goes to the home page. When Iclickon connect it goes through creating a childs profile which I do, but then it wants me topair the watch, which has already been done on my wifes account (admin) so we can't get any further. Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn't do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile's Flunkeys. Text history log not reflecting actual text log on phone
Is anyone else having problems with text log on T-Mobile website under usage not matching actual text log on phone? On the T-Mobile website the usage details claim I have incoming text from code 128 but wont show an actual telephone number. Its also claiming I'm receivingthese incoming text come on T-Mobile website butI am not actually getting any text messages on my phone. Website is also not listing any of my outgoing text messages.
