Sync up contacts in t-life?

Once again, we get a message from the legacy Sync Up app that it will be retired (today actually) and that we should administer the watch through t-life.

However, one of the essential functions is to manage the contact list of people that can call/text the watch wearer. How the heck do I manage the sync up watch contact list inside of t-life? How do I add/remove contacts.
