T-Mobile holding messages on TMHI gateway

I was calling T-Mobile and they "T-Mobile" hold your messages on T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway!  I used to get regular text messages to Gateway but T-Mobile blocks it now & have to call T-Mobile to get messages queue to Gateway.  I only use Gateway text just for emergencies but paying for T-Mobile is ridiculous if text messages don't go through the Gateway.
