Getting on My account

Is anyone else not able to get into their account?  I can log in and see the amount of my next bill along with the detail of the main phone, but as soon as I click on any of the other phones on the account for further detail, it doesn't load.  

Just not sure if this is a tmobile issue or if it’s my computer.
