Line Usage Details
Hello There ! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my ongoing issue with accessing my call logs from August 15th to September 15th. This was informed to customer service on 11/05/2024, Despite multiple tickets being opened and assurances from various customer support representatives, this issue remains unresolved.
As I was informed by a customer support representative, line usage details can typically be accessed for the past 90 days. However, I have been unable to retrieve the specific call logs I require. Please suggest How to get this resolved.

You should be able to download your bill for that period of time from within your my.t-mobile.com account. If not, try reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter/X to see if they can provide them to you.

Gracias por tu respuesta. Unfortunately, the T-Force team has also been unable to resolve the issue of accessing my call logs.
It is incredibly frustrating that such a seemingly simple task has proven to be so complex and time-consuming.
