switching back to former plan

hey guys I think I may have gotten carried away with  my recent visit to tmobile store. I wanted to update my phone and I did. Problem is I now have 4 lines and I'm the only person on the plan. will tmobile let me redo/fix this mess?

  • That ultimately depends.  You will need to call customer care at 611 from your T-Mobile line, return to the store, or reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a direct message on Facebook or Twitter to find out what your options are.  In some situations, there is a buyers remorse window of 14 days but Customer Care or the T-Force Team would have to tell you if that applies and what options you have.
