Buffering

For the past couple of weeks my internet has started buffering on all my devises, TV, tablet and phone will not receive or send messages and emails.

This seems to be a regular occurance beginning around 9:00pm every night, especially during or after a rain storm.

I called tech support when it began to happen and they were very helpful in clearing up the problem for that particular incident, but it is still happening.

I am in the Brooksville area of Florida.  Will this be an ongoing problem?  I have enjoyed my T-Mobile service and do not want to change carriers since I have been a customer since Nextel and Sprint.

  • I live in Riverview, FL and have been experiencing similar problems with buffering at varying times during day and night on all my Internet connected devices. This started about a week ago and continues.  I have noticed that rebooting my gateway usually resolves the problem temporarily.

  • copz1998, thank you for the reply.  Customer service was very helpful, I was told there was heavy usage in my area causing some delays.  I know there is a lot of activity in my area, new internet serives are just now coming on line in this area, maybe there is just too much traffic on the towers.

@Sylpt178, I have been a TM Home Internet customer for over 1 year and have never experienced what you have done. I have read that a few people did, but called customer support and learned that there was work being done on a tower.
