Cannot get an older PC to connect by LAN to Sagemcom Gateway

Hi, I have an older Intel PC that I cannot get internet to from my home 5G gateway. I have checked the drivers on the PC and update the gateway when necessary. I have a known good tested CAT6 etherne...

@AleLynx, your situation sounds frustrating. Try double-checking the PC's internet settings. I have a Mac household so I don't see PC settings often. A few questions to help diagnose the problem, which is probably a setting. 

Which version of Windows are you running? Windows 11 is easier to establish a connection to than Windows 10. 

In the Windows (either version) make sure you do a Windows Update so you have current drivers.

Here is a tutorial on fixing network issues in Windows. One important point is to go to Settings > Netowork > and make sure it shows connected. Take a few minutes to walk through the diagnostic chart and let us know what works.
