- What is the T-Mobile gateway you have for access to the T-Mobile network?
- Since you say it works with every other computer, what is the brand of computer you're having problems with and what is the operating system?
- What type of signal are you getting, e.g., 3-bars? LTE or 5G?
- Using Speedtest.net, what is the download speed you're getting?
If you can supply the answers, maybe we can find out what’s going on and come up with a fix.
