Are you new customer?
They usually put out the new update the first or second overnight you are online.
Call them ask them to put it now to you they will do it or you should get it overnight if you are new.
I hope this is not considered hijacking this post. I am having the same issue and noticed my FW Version is 1.00.16 should I call and get them to process an upgrade? I have had my system for 5 months now. My CIsco VPN works but is considerably slower.
