Extremely slow Internet Speed
When is first got Tmobile like 8 months ago I was getting great internet speed, enough to stream 3 or 4 televisions at once. Each month it got slower and slower. Now you can't stream anything due to the extremely slow speeds. This is what my speed test shows and this has been going on for a few weeks. This is unacceptable
You probably live in an area where T-Mobile has been marketing their Home Internet service and you are now sharing your tower with a lot of other people!
I'd call Support. They've been successful in fixing some of these problems, either by making changes in the background to your signal or moving you to a different tower.
