HELP needs my internet keeps going out and tech support can do nothing about it

Hi, I moved into a retirement community in Tucson that's mostly Mobile homes that aren't mobile. I can see the tower right out my window, the TV's say the signal is excellent and the Gateway says its good but the internet keeps dropping usually around the same time every day and it's really annoying. Is there another modem/router I could buy that would help the dropping? Or anything else I could try? Is it because I live in a mobile home? I also have to go outside if I want to send my daughter $ from my phone. I really need some help!
