I've been dealing with the internet not working for the past 48 hours, due to a supposed Cell tower update? Can we get an update for when they expect to be done within the 49801 area?

Maybe your gateway could be positioned better? Using your T-Mobile Internet app, can you tell us what your 5G metrics are? They will tell us your signal strength and interference ratio.
Most likely it has nothing to do with a cell tower update. That is one of three scripted responses for what has become abysmal service. Search 'internet dropping' in this community forum. 259 threads. That will tell you all you need to know.
