I can't use my softphone with the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway
We have a number of soft phones running with Voip.ms as our service. It works fine with our ATT gateway but times out with our T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway.
Any idea how to fix this? Is it a problem on Voip.ms side or the T-Mobile side?
So far I have talked with T-Mobile and they have been real helpful. I am waiting for a response from VOIP.ms but if someone has a solution, I am all ears!

mine 4G didn’t work good and you are talking about 5G
