I can't use my softphone with the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway

So far I have talked with T-Mobile and they have been real útil. I am waiting for a response from VOIP.ms but if someone has a solution, I am all ears!

mine 4G didn’t work good and you are talking about 5G
