update: I isolated the issue to a malfunctioning weather station bridge. It failed and was spewing random data onto the network.

@ZinGasm can you describe your network layout? For example:
T-Mobile Gateway > Wifi access point > 10-port unmanaged switch > devices
If your ethernet devices are falling off, it sounds like a ethernet issues. Have you tried to reboot your wifi access point and/or switch? And, if devices can see each other over ethernet, then you might want to check the cable between the gateway and 1st switch (or all of the cables (unplug / plug-in).
