Conexión a Internet

Since the last update I've had nothing but buffering I stream everything and it happens right in the middle of a movie or loses connection and I have to back up and reconnect to resume the movie do I take the wifi unit back to TMobile for replacement ❓

    My gateway is on top of my entertainment center right behind my flat screen it's in a great position I thought

    Sorry if I wasn't clear. The prior post I included referred to moving the Gateway to a different location to get a better connection to the tower or possibly to a different tower than you were connecting to before. Not sure why this is working for those who have mentioned it, but I suppose it's worth trying.

    Otherwise, you’re correct that you might need to get a replacement.
