internet issues
I just got my Tmobile home internet, and everything looks good but not able to use it to work. Work from home. I am not able to access a particular EDMS (Electronics Document Management system). the name is Synergis.WebApp (Synergis ADEPT), please need urgent solution. This only happens on Tmobile network. I used ATT and Xfinity and everything works fine.

You could check out the various VPNs and that could be a fix. Bestvaluevpn.com has a listing of VPNs you might check out. There are other listings as well. Check the cost and features and try a 30 day free test run. I know it is more cost but does solve some issues and adds security.

I suggest you contact their support and ask them about that issue. T-Mobile uses CGNAT for dual stack IPv4 and IPv6 and they do not provide port forwarding. It might be a peering issue between the local client and the document server where critical ports are blocked. A VPN might resolve that but it is another monthly cost. Testing with a VPN should provide a solution.
