Is the home internet app down?
Is the home internet app down? Just keeps spinning when logging in. Call T-Mobile, they stated that they are seeing this as well, but do not have any resolution. Created a case, told it could be up ...
The app is bad.
Try closing the app and restarting the gateway by unplugging it for 30 seconds. After your phone is re-connected to your Wi-Fi, try the app again.
Also much of the same functionality is in the T Life app, but it has its own issues.
