Hey Dan! http://my.mifi should work if you go to it from a device connected to the hotspot's wifi. For example, turn on the hotspot and connect your phone to the network. Then on the phone's browser you should be able to use that website to access the admin page. I am not sure if the admin page shows you device usage. You can check the usage for your Mifi device by logging into my.T-Mobile.com.
