gateway login

Has anyone had issues logging into gateway.  I try and it wants me to log in but I am already connected and it won't let me access. When I catch it at the right time it won't let me see devices logged in.  Wants me to log in again and won't go any further.  Again I am already logged in to wifi and gateway.
