Hola @Babbitt Thank you for providing the screenshot of the error. One thing I notice is that your phone is still showing LTE at the top. In order to access the admin page for the hotspot, you have to connect your phone to the hotspots wifi first. The first time you do this, you will use the default network name and password that is listed on the back of the hotspot. Once connected, you can go to http://my.mifi to get into the admin page and update the network name, password, and other settings.
