I am posting for those new to this hotspot device as I am.
In order to connect to the Admin web UI:
The hotspot is a standalone access point providing its own network and server services.
To access the admin functions via my.mifi or its IP 192.168.1.1 IP, your PC or phone must be connected to the hotspot network.
I, and I am sure many others read the URL to connect to the Admin web UI and thought they were connecting to a server on the cloud. When in fact they are connecting to the hotspot's UI.
