Internet Gateway Feature Questions
Several weeks ago my modem needed replaced (at least that is what tech support told me) I went up to your store for a new one but they would not accept the old one for return. They told me it needed to be mailed back. I at that time, requested to be sent a mailing label to attach. I have been waiting all this time and have never received that label. Now if you really want it back I will give you 2 weeks for that label to be mailed to me. If I do not receive it by then I will dispose of this modem in a way that is permitted in my city. Either recycle or trash.
I do not plan to be the caretaker of this piece of equipment any longer and am not responsible for it past the date of August 3rd, 2024.
PS. Please do not send me a label in an email as I have no way to print it.
