New to TMHI and lost 5G connection after 1 day.
Got my Sagemcon gateway yesterday and setup everything. Had excellent connection/signal with consistent DL speeds of 100-200mbps and peak speeds of 450mbps. RSRQ was -11 RSRP was -80 SINR was 90+. Estos...
Thanks for the replies. I should have been more clear in my OP. I did call and they confirmed my "home" or closest tower was offline for 5G service and was only LTE. They tried to connect me to the next closest tower but I could not get 5G service since it was much further away. LTE was giving me Internet access but at 1-2mbps speed.
I was asking if this happens often with TMHI? I work from home during the summer and have Zoom meetings often. The LTE speeds of 1-2 Mbps is not going to cut it if 5G service stays off line.
