yes that's partly true but If you call them about your issue your having they may come out to look at It I have a friend who had a problem and the geek squad came out and fixed the problem for them but there is a charge. But If that doesn't work out then maybe you can talk to a computer technician If you know them and see If they can come out and look at your problem.
