Re: T-mobile 5g home internet forcing to tower with no data issues/changing towers/bands
yes that's partly true but If you call them about yourissue your having they may come out to look at It I have a friend who had a problem and the geek squad came out and fixed the problem for them but there is acharge. ButIf that doesn't work out then maybe you can talk to a computer technician If you know them and see If they can come out and look at your problem.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5G home internet keeps dropping
This is more of a poor devicedesign then anything else. Others have noted the same thing that T-Mobile needs to design a better router with better hardware and more efficientsoftware. This is a poor design of a router that T-Mobile rushed out the door. The FCC should hear about this company and how they refuse to address the problems they constantly keep having.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: T-mobile 5g home internet forcing to tower with no data issues/changing towers/bands
Well there's one other thing you could try and that is go to a T-Mobile store and talk to a rep about your problem In person. That's your only other option and if this doesn't work out then you should just cancel the service and switch to someone else.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5G home internet keeps dropping
well that brings it back to something has to be blocking the signal or causing the signal to be weak and whatever It is causing It who knows. If there's nothing wrong with the tower it has to a blocked signal or something has to be causing the signal to become weak. I'm sorry but I'm out of ideas except that but good luck.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5G home internet keeps dropping
It's possible that there could be a blockage coming from the tower but if that's not the problem then it could be something else causing the signal to be blocked. If you tried everything like all possible locations In your house then the only other thing it can be is something has to be blocking the signal. What you could do is take your device to your friends house in your location and see If they get the same problem if so then you would know that something is wrong in your location and t-mobile needs to investigate It further.2Visto0likes0Comentarios
