It's beginning to become a moot point for me here. For the last few weeks my connection is down to dial-up speeds or worse for many hours during the worst time of day. Pages may not load or my browser claims the connection's broken, often while I have a download in progress from another site. I'm reading where a ton of TMoHI customers are having the same complaints. Home Internet is becoming unworthy, ACP or not. I'm stuck with this and have no positive options to offer.
