Recent Issue

New to Home Internet service 1 week ago. Everything in house worked fine- 3 tvs with Roku, Slack calls, etc. Thursday evening, 2 of the Rokus will not connect to wifi anymore- only the newest one connects.  Called tech support and they said they see nothing wrong after having me create a new 2.4 line saying this will solve it. Also, calls dropped now and tech support had 2 call me back 3 times. They finally said it must be a Roku issue and left it at that. Anyone have advice on who I should contacting? When it worked for the first 5 days, it was great.

  • We are having these same issues! I just keep complaining but nothing has helped. I am going to keep calling but will probably crawl back to Comcast.

    If you have the white g4se gateway, it's because the new firmware update completely screwed up the gateway. They have still done nothing about it, no rollback, nothing.

    My TV is a 2016 and the other one is probably 6 years old. It's weird that everything was fine for 5 days and everything connected.

    How old are the Ruku models having connection issues?  Roku has stopped supporting some older models, completely blocking them from connecting to their servers, which is required for them to work.  My Roku 3 is a perfect example.
