reward fraud
how many phone calls does it take to get the $50 rebate promised in the reward promotion for getting home internet?
same here been 2 months an nothing. Told me at sign up I would get an email in about 1 month with the info, nothing yet. Calling customer service is useless, they are more confused then I am about my promo.
If you never registered for it, then you won't get it. I signed up in store and the sales rep registered for me and I got the rebate in about 2 weeks. Not sure how online orders work but you should call TMO support and ask if you are registered for the rebate promotion.
