So why all the reconnections ?

So why are we getting these constant disconnections and then we have to reboot throughout the day?

I set up a automation tool to ping google and if it fails , it automatically reboots the T-Mobile router and this is occurring at least 3-6 times a day.. WHY?

Come on T-MOBILE give us a answer .. especially since Verizon has now rolled out their own home internet near me..
