New disconnect/reconnect fees

According to the new updated terms:

TMobile will now start charging a fee if someone is having trouble paying their bill and service is cut. They will also be charging a fee to reconnect the service.

If a person is having a difficult time financially and is a little short of money, why make their life even more difficult by charging them more?

  • most companies do this..never had your power at home turned off for lack of payments or for that matter Comcast..you get a re connection fee.

I don't have issues paying my bills and never had my utility services turned off. I just think of the principle of the thing. If you don't pay, services get cut. But that doesn't seem to be enough, you still get charged just for not being able to make the payment after services are cut, and then charged to have them restored. MetroPCS doesn't do that. How much does it cost t-mobile to flip a switch?

Metro is prepaid, you don't pay your bill no service then after 90 days if you don't pay they cancel the account and you lose your number.
