sudden decreased signal strength
Hello, I have T-Mobile Wireless Internet. We have had it in this location since January and it's been working wonderful. 2 weeks ago our signal dropped significantly and I am constantly getting a "weak signal " pop up on my devices. Did something change? Can I do anything to help correct it? For reference, I live in North GA. ¡Gracias!
I would recommend contacting TMobile's Home Internet number. It could be a whole number of things.

I've noticed a severe drop in signal strength in NJ. Not sure what is going on. Y-Mobile needs to fix this quickly or I will be moving to another carrier!

It could be that your tower was switched to another for maintenance issues or other reasons. It is a good idea to check the TMHI app for your tower ID and see if it's changed from the one that was giving better service. People should take a "screenshot" of the signal metrics when service is good, and then use that as a basis of comparison when things change. If your tower ID has changed, then it could be helpful for the service rep to know that when you call them.
