T-Mobile Tower Issues - Oregon, Wisconsin

We've been experiencing local T-Mobile connectivity issues for the past week.  Calling Customer Care isn't an option because my phone can't register on the darn network.  It's pretty annoying that there isn't a web-based or other form to submit to alert T-Mobile to check our local tower for capacity or performance issues.  So perhaps this will work!
