TMobile home internet - change password
I evidently changed/forgot our password for the home internet. Just bought two new laptops and need to set up on the home internet. How do I find out what the current password is? or how do I change it so I can connect the new laptops?
@SwanSwanny which password are you having trouble with? The admin password, which you need to open the app on your phone OR the network password that you need to connect your devices to your network? "Forgot password" is for the admin password. Once you're logged into the app, it's easy to see your current network password, or to change it. I can give more details.
I'm trying to add an echo device to my T-Mobile Internet and either my admin password or Wi-Fi Internet password work. Please step-by-step. Tell me how to get to the place to my admin password to change my Internet password. I'd really appreciate it. I am stumped. I've only had my router for five days. when I set up my other devices, I used the Internet password and everything connected. But now I'm trying to add a new device and my passwords are not excepted. Can somebody help me with this please?
I meant to say, neither of the passwords worked to connect my echo
