Tmobile's overcharging issue
For the past three months, Tmobile has consistently charged $50 for Tmobile internet, which I tried, didn't like, and returned. I have called three times already, and every time, I get a personal guarantee from a Tmobile customer service agent that the charge will be reversed. Yet, I keep getting charged for a service that I don't use.
Also, got Tmobile internet due to a $50 credit to try out the service. Not only did I get charged $50 for a service I didn't use, but also didn't get credit for the $50 as promised.
Really don't know what's going on with Tmobile. I have been a customer for 10 plus years and never had such an issue. I am considering upgrading two lines with them, but now thinking of shopping around with Verizon. It is very discouraging as I would rather not change with 10 plus lines with Tmobile - but I am absolutely getting no help.

Hi - I have the same exact issue! Was told they would stop it (and I did go into store), and I just checked and it is still showing on bill. Did you ever get it resolved, if so, how? They keep keep saying they can only credit me 1 month, and I should have looked ta bill sooner. Great paying customer with 5 lines - looking at carriers today and finding an attorney

I just realized I'm being charged for home Internet that I haven't been using. We tried it and returned the equipment from November 2021. So they've been charging me all this time. I just was not checking my bill because I'm enrolled in auto pay. I'm wondering how many customers are experiencing the same fraudulent business practices. After being a customer for 18 years and 11 months, I feel totally betrayed. They're only willing to refund four months. I feel robbed, betrayed, I feel there deliberately overcharging their customers. A class action lawsuit is warranted.

I'm having an issue with the T-Mobile Internet to I actually have signed documentation of what they were supposed to charge me and they're overcharging me $30 a month and they refuse to do anything about it. Customer service tells me to go into the store the store employee literally says Word for Word well what do you want me to do? Such a scam of a company is seems like every time I get a promotion or I change something to my service. This always happens.
