Unable to access usbank.com
For several weeks now I have not been able to get to my bank's website via T-mobile home internet. I get the following page : The only way to get to that site is if I turn off wifi on my phone...
I'm having the exact same issue. I called customer service and, of course, they were terrible but finally did say they were aware of the problem but didnt have a fix yet. I use Edge on my laptop but downloaded Firefox and no help. I used to be able to turn the wifi off on my phone and use mobile data hot spot and be able to log on. That stopped working a few days ago but I was still able to turn off my wifi and use the USBank app on my phone. Now, that has stopped working too.
