VPN issues, some work related programs won’t load

Exact same situation here. Last week was the storm. Everything was working perfectly fine then the day after the storm, VPN is an issue up to now. T-Mobile rep is no help.
Tried the suggestion:
2.4 GHz, and select WPA - Did not work for me
2.4 GHz band > select WPA/WPA2 > WPA “TKIP & AES” - Did not work for me
I might end up switching Internet promptly because it's an issue especially when you work remotely.

I have T-Mobile internet for 2 years and within the past 3 weeks I can't access work network over VPN connection. I read all the post on the community and doesn't seem to have a permanent solution. I work in IT department and know how to troubleshoot and out of ideas. I took my laptop to my neighbor, and it works just fine. I don't want to bring it up to my supervisor as WFH is a privilege. I am going to switch over to another ISP if I can't resolve my VPN with T-Mobile
