what does this Intercept Message mean
“Your call cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and dial again, Spanish translation Message 2 US01LV.”
why would a persons cell phone play this message to incoming callers?
just trying to find out what the most likely cause is, thank you.

they blocked you..
theres a issue on either their tower or yours when it comes to calls
are they by chance in a different country?
is this happening while connected to wifi/wifi calling?
what all have you attempted on your end to fix it so far?
I believe that it may be a AT&T intercept error or their associated tower that is causing it.
Only started noticing it today on 05/11/23No international, the prefix was (713) 545-3
Do not believe that it could be blocked number issue
it doesn’t ring at all just immediately goes to the intercept.
I keep a running list of intercepts and their definitions.
