Where is my rebate?

Thanks....Actually, I found some other comments on that subject. Apparently, you have to register for your rebate through T-mobile online, which most people won't be aware of unless you read through the fine print on their promos.

You also need a promo code and the number for the t mobile home internet device. I did find a couple of different t mobile promo codes online related to the home internet rebate and will try those.

I have the same question.  T Mobile had promised a $50 gift card rebate when I signed up with T Mobile internet, which I was supposed to have received it in 8 weeks.  I had totally forgotten about that rebate and just remembered it today.  It has been four months now and it doesn't bode well for T-Mobile.

That is not the way to keep customers T-Mobile.  Get your act together!!

When I signed up, a $200 virtual visa card was part of the offer.  I submitted for it 3/26.  I've called and talked to some CS rep.  She said they have to wait for my card to be processed.  I check the status this morning.  It says 'Denied'.  It's been near 12 weeks, I've waited for this thing!

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

follow the steps provided in the post right in front of yours.

also check your spam folder in your email in case it was kicked over there. not unheard of.

When I sign up for T-Mobile I was supposed to get reimbursed/ rebate 99.00 dollars in 8 weeks this was submitted on 2/19/2023, till this day I have not received anything also raised my payment from 87 to 124, I don’t understand anyone had this problem

I was promised a $200.00 gift card within 10 weeks ...I'm paying my 3rd months bill meaning ive had service from them for 4 months now and not a peep about that rebate 

I know I applied for the $200. gift card and they can’t find it , what a rip off.
