Windows laptop can't find T-Mobile Home Internet network... but all other devices can

I have been trying many things but a 3 year old Lenovo laptop also does not show the Tmobile gateway as an option. All other computers and devices have connected fine. Unfortunately this is my husband's laptop and he would like to connect using it. I will keep trying things but I hope someone can help resolve this.
