Address Change on order already shipped
I placed an order to set up internet at my boyfriends house but the device was supposed to be shipped to my address and it's being shipped to his instead. How do I change this before it gets here?
I believe it's already too late. You have to pick it up there or miss the delivery and have them hold it in location and you pick it up from there with ID and signature.
You will need to contact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile through a DM on Facebook or Twitter to see if the shipment can be rerouted.
