Jump on demand
Is anyone else having trouble with trading your device with jump? Just keep saying error. When i try to start the process with a phone that isnt on jump it allows me to go through the steps.

Hey there @Iak4279 Jump on Demand (JOD) is such a great program because you can upgrade so frequently. JOD upgrades do need to be processed in store or with customer support. Most people on the Community like to message us on Facebook or X by selecting the social media icon at the bottom of this site. That gets you to our T-Force team. They are amazing and would be happy to help you process the upgrade you want to make. If you go to the store and they have the phone in stock, you could walk out of the store with the phone you want and the trade-in process already done. Talk about a one-stop-shop.
I do want to give you a kudos for trying to use the website or app first. I love that we have those options to take care of most things and it is nice to see when customers are using it. 馃榿
