T-Life App Not Letting Me Log Into My Account
I just switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago. I downloaded the T-Life app as instructed by the sales rep. I brought my own phone. When I try to log in with my ID/phone number and password, I get into a loo...
This was happening to me as well. They switched apps to T Life and was getting the same message when trying to log in. I fixed it by uninstalling the app. Then reinstall and when logging in enter the username and password manually, do not populate it with what was previously saved. It let me log in doing that
