Tmoblie app locked

After a live chat with T-Mobile customer service agent, my T-Mobile app on iPhone 15 Pro Max stopped allowing access.

I have one week waiting to recover access as promise by support agent after asking engineering or higher tier support for help. 
I have been told to remove and install T-Mobile app

Cicle power on telephone 

clear browsers cache and set switch to clear cache on every app launch

All these steps to availability to access my account thru the app. I am able to login via browser 

waiting to hear from engineering or support expert continues  after promise solution in 24-72 hours max
