Android 12
24 TopicsAndroid 12 Oxygen 12 updated for OnePlus 9 Pro has MAJOR BUGS & ISSUES!!!!!!
I recently received a new update for android 12 & oxygen 12 for my oneplus 9 pro. Now I have a list of bugs and issues happening. I have read a lot of the same complaints here on the forum and other sites from oneplus 9 pro/ t mobile users experiencing the same thing. Just to list a few…… screen brightness changes for no reason, operational and navigational lag, refresh rate (120) slows down periodically, finger print reader and face unlock will randomly stop working. What is the game plan for t mobile to send out fixes to an update I didn't need? This is ridiculous.Solved12KViews20likes72ComentariosZ Fold/Flip 3 Android 12 Update
Samsung advised users of the Fold and flip 3 to ask T-Mobile why they have yet to release the android 12 update. Verizon and At&t released already and T-Mobile has not. Samsung said they have done their part and now its 100% on T-Mobile. So what's the hold up?6.2KViews19likes31ComentariosS21 - After Android 12 update, can't get rid of T-Mobile notifications
I have T-Mobile notifications about apps that were updated/installed after the Android 12 install, and the notifications won't go away. Can't swipe them away right or left, and there's no other way to get rid of them.Solved6.5KViews3likes14ComentariosOnePlus 9 Pro 5G Android 13
So, I take it android 13 won't be coming to the OnePlus 9 Pro? I keep going back to check the update status and it says in development. It's been in development for awhile now. From my understanding the 9 Pro update was already pushed out to all models. EU, India, and NA. What's the hold up? Anyone know?2.3KViews2likes8Comentariosoneplus 9 series android 12
T-Mobile has patiently tested and failed Oneplus's rushed updates. Wisely they prevented buggy deviation being released on their subscribers. They just pushed a update a few ago with the new security updates. They are testing the later 12 updates and have found a dozen new bugs that are unacceptable. So we are still on 11. I hope OnePlus quickly resolves T-Mobile's detected flaws and releases an update for T-Mobile to retest. I appreciate not being saddled with bugs just to have the latest software. T-Mobile takes better care of their customers then most. I also appreciate the continually improving network conditions. The Sprint tower reworks and band adjustments have been improving service here but by bit. Keep it up and soon there will be more of us in Pink.1.4KViews2likes4ComentariosT-Mobile retroactively removes status updates related to software updates
The company T-mobile has removed the page for tracking Android 12 Development for the OnePlus 7T Pro I made my purchase decision with the promise that T-mobile would be able to handle updating the phone to the software that the manufacturer has already finished working on. A year later, and they've taken down the page for the OnePlus 7T Pro, seemingly throwing in the towel on this project and those customers. Remember, never buy a product based on future promise, because even if T-mobile promises on a website that this phone will get Android 12, they'll just 404 that page when satisfying their customers is inconvenient compared to making money.2.8KViews1like22Comentarios- 942Visto1like7Comentarios
Safe to Update to Android 12 OnePlus 9 5G?
I had to downgrade to 11 back in Mayafter the forced update to 12 in April. I keeps telling me that the update that I had to downgrade fromLE2117_11.C.16 is available but I see that the OnePlus Pro 9 users got the update to19. Is the same true for the non-Pro devices? Is it as buggy as it has been for theOnePlus Pro 9 users? Does Microsoft InTune work with it?508Visto1like6ComentariosIs it possible to revert Android to the previous version? Android 12 is a disaster on the N200.
Ever since my N200 was upgraded to Android 12 using the phone has been a horrible experience. Aside from having to provide approval to get almost every function to, well, function, some things are simply broken. Example 1: Press the square button after swiping up and the 'Close all' button does nothing. If I have three apps open, they have to be individually swiped up to close them. One. At. A. Time. Android makes the right-most app full screen again and displays a meaningless message about my phone being "in optimal condition" if I touch the 'Close all' button. Example 2: Responding to text messages is hit or miss. I often find that the keyboard will *never* appear so I'm unable to type a reply. Example 3: Before the upgrade I was able to change the volume of a Bluetooth speaker using the controls on the speaker itself. Now I *must* change the volume using the phone. How can I un-upgrade? T-Mobile's version of Android 12 is not ready for release.439Visto1like7Comentarios
