7 TopicsUpgrading Magneta Max 55+ to GoPlus 55+ - Price Changed
Hi Everyone , have an interesting question: I have been price locked into Magneta Max 55+ since 2018 at $45 per line with AutoPay. I finally made the decision to upgrade from Magneta Max 55+ to Go5G Plus 55+ to take advantage of new promotion offers. However now it's $55 per line , due to recent price increases for new customers. However, old customers were locked in at $50 per line with auto pay. My question is even though we are upgrading now, as 2018 customers should our Magneta Max Price Lock guarantee us the Go5G Plus 55+ price lock of $50 per line instead of $55 with AutoPay since we are not new customers? or are we screwed for not taking advantage of the upgrade prior to June 2024? also sucks because 3 lines for new customers on regular Go5G Plus is cheaper with 3rd line free at $150. It feels like if we don't get the old $50 price , instead of $55 we are getting screwed. Gracias59Visto0likes0ComentariosPlan/phone upgrade from OnePlan Military to Go5G+ Military
Considering upgrading our family plan from OnePlan to Go5G+, but want to find out more details about the upgrade every 2 years offer. Are we eligible to upgrade as soon as we change our plan? Are there only certain phones we can upgrade to for free?91Visto0likes0ComentariosMagenta Max Promos will remain active while upgrade to Go5G plan
I have 3 lines on Magenta Max. The account has multiple promotions codes. I would like to upgrade the account to Go5G Plus plan. I would like to understand will the currentpromotions on the account continue post upgrade? I am not getting a consistent feedback from the TMobile.. Some executive says the promotions will continue post upgrade as the promotion codes are eligible in theGo5G Plus plan and some executive mentioned that the promotion may fall off, but they can't guarantee whether the promotion will continue. I need an affirmation so that I can make a informed decision. Aguardo respuesta.60Visto0likes0ComentariosMagenta Max v Go5G Plus
When you read the comparison of the Magenta Max and Go5G Plus plans, they appear to be the same except for theJUMP! vs New in Two. I did see a disclaimer that the autopay would discount will be changing. Anyone want to shed some light on that? Also, when I logged into my account, it said I have to call to get the price for Go5G. Why? I don't want to talk to customer service or be oversold on some nonsense I don't want or need. Give me the price, let me do the research and make a self-informed decision.16KViews0likes3ComentariosTrade in benefits on new Go5G Plus
I'm currently on Magenta amplified familyplanbut now i don't see any big difference betweenGo5G Plus plan and now i was looking to buy a phone with trade in but cant get full benefit of deal. What a total BS , magenta plan is retired and now to get trade in benefits i need to upgrade toGo5G plans to avail all benefits. Planning to buy flip 5 , with flip 3 trade in , now withGo5G plan i would get $1000 as trade in credit but now magenta is not there i can't get that same benefit for trade in... I feel if i'm not max plan previously i should at least get the latest plan benefits as there is no significant difference in plan benefits but huge difference in price. Been with T-Mobile for 9 years now. Any one else feel same ? Any way to get those trade in benefits without changing plan to Go5G.658Visto0likes0ComentariosCan a phone w/a cracked case be traded in as part of the iPhone 15 promotion(s)?
We have two iPhone XR handsets we plan to trade in as part of a promotion to get new iPhone 15 Pro handsets. The promotion is basically the "it's on us" deal, where we get credits on our bill each month to defray the cost of the equipment. Negatives: we have to stick with T-Mobile for the duration of the equipment purchase plan (two years) we get phone which are locked to T-Mobile's network, whereas our current phones could be unlocked at any time (they're been paid off for years now) we have to upgrade to theGo5G Plus plan. Thatplan is slightly more expensive than the current T-Mobile ONE plan we're on today. My main concern is that my wife's XR has a cracked case on the back. Will the trade-in still be accepted? I mean, the XR is so old that the trade-in value is less than $100 even for a phone in perfect condition. So at worst I could see us having to pay an extra $100. But will that even be possible? Should we get the phone fixed first, at a cost of about $110?401Visto0likes1Comentario
