2 TopicsTmobile cannot port a number from Verizon into their system
I have had 2 lines with tmobile for almost 20 years. I attempted to add a third line and port a number over from Verizon. We are going on 48 hours and the response so far is that there is an issue with tmobile system letting the number come over to tmobil. Tmobile is telling me that Verizon has released the number and it is the tmobile system issue. I get periodic call backs saying that a ticket has been entered and to wait ANOTHER 24 hours. I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn't get the warranty they won't help me. Very poor customer service. I've been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. Very sad that they don't care.227Visto1like4Comentarios
