android 12 update
14 TopicsStuck with a ridiculous bill and no phone. I just want out.
Immediately before my divorce, my ex wife, without my knowledge or even a notification, upgraded her phone to a new one and locked me into a two year payment. Her kid broke my personal phone and it is unusable and too old to upgrade. My bill is now $175 a month for two lines and I cant use mine. Finally got the ex wife to get her own account and apparently her credit sucks so T Mobile is Making me pay for her phone.. Had the service for years and I have never upgraded my own phone once and they cant even get me into a replacement phone with paying $300 up front and another $46 a month on top of what Im paying now? Everyone else is giving phones away and I cant evel leave tmobile without paying off a phone I dont have. Since I have a protection order filed against the ex, I cant even contact her to ask for her to give me the phone she has since technically I own it. I can have it shut off but would still have to pay for it. I cant for the life of me believe that they cant put that phone charge on her bill, regardless of her credit. As soon as I am out of this I will never use T Mobile again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know.30Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile retroactively removes status updates related to software updates
The company T-mobile has removed the page for tracking Android 12 Development for the OnePlus 7T Pro I made my purchase decision with the promise that T-mobile would be able to handle updating the phone to the software that the manufacturer has already finished working on. A year later, and they've taken down the page for the OnePlus 7T Pro, seemingly throwing in the towel on this project and those customers. Remember, never buy a product based on future promise, because even if T-mobile promises on a website that this phone will get Android 12, they'll just 404 that page when satisfying their customers is inconvenient compared to making money.2.9KViews1like22Comentariosrecommendations before upgrading le2127 to Android 12?
I've heard horror stories about Android 12s roll out. I'm afraid I'm gonna lose everything or have a expensive paperweight that won't even be able to operate while being multiple months behind on security updates… I did backups, which I don't trust... Which is why I also just copied the entirety of the internal storage files onto my computer just in case. I always dread when the OS upgrade comes around because settings get changed, backgrounds get lost somehow, notification alerts change, and then I gotta go through every page in the settings menu to get things close to how I had it before the upgrade… If this upgrade is awful, is there anything I need to do to be able to switch back to Android 11 and have all my settings intact? Or is it just a pipe dream for that to even be a possibility?374Visto0likes3ComentariosOneplus 8T and Android 12 issues
I just recently got the update push. Where to start. 1) I had to search to figure out how to turn off vibrate with each word swiped on any texting box; when I never had such a thing active before. 2) Photo Gallery, now I have to click two delete buttons to delete a picture verse only once before. Also I dislike it's not in album view everything I load the app like it was previously. 3) I now have issues trying to connect Netflix to my TV, on average 5+ failures and over 10 minutes wasted; 3 evenings in a row now 4) when I try to pull down notifications, if I don't use the top most left, it almost always pulls open "Never Settle" which I could do without regardless.963Visto0likes13ComentariosOnePlus 8T 5G & Android 12 = Android Auto audio bug! Ayuda.
I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle's radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle's speakers and then the phone's speakers - over and over. I've tried everything and can't figure out what's going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle's radio. The only variable change has been the phone's operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile.So frustrating!639Visto0likes3ComentariosOnePlus 8 Android 12
Ok I'm about done hearing that the Unlocked variants OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro are on Stable versions of android 12 while being stuck with the carrier variant means we probably won't see Android 12 on T-Mobiles OnePlus 8 or 8 Pro until Android 13 drops this is ridiculous thanks T-Mobile!Solved4.5KViews1like24ComentariosWhy and when will Galaxy tab s6 will receive it last update(android 12) with t mobile

Android 13 is expected to had a developer build soon and many of us still don't have Android 12; what's taking so long? I'm on a OnePlus 8t+; I have neither the time nor inclination to install a different build but getting sick of waiting so long for software updates.856Visto3likes5ComentariosWorst update ever
I've always been a huge fan of OnePlus. The battery life has always been great and the OS being very simple to use as well. A few days ago I woke up and I received the new Android 12 update to my OnePlus 9. Everything looked completely different. My favorites in my contacts were rearranged. I almost didn't recognize my own phone. Being a business owner and running my business from my phone this has been a huge adjustment and inconvenience. On top of that the battery life has been sucked from this device. I don't know if the update has turned on applications that run constantly in the background but it is killing my battery. There needs to be a new solution to this update! Extremely frustrated and unable to stand by the brand OnePlus any longer.273Visto1like4Comentarios
