Hi All. I am having a strange and annoying issue. I have an unlocked Samsung S21. When I use the APN provided by T-Mobile, I have a very unstable phone hotspot. I turn on the hotspot; sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. If it connects, it disconnects quickly. I have to turn on and off airplane mode multiple times to get it to work. I found a work around by creating a new APN for the phone. I changed the APN Protocol to IPv4/IPv6 and the APN roaming protocal: to IPv4/IPv6. With those settings, the phone hotspot works. Great right? Almost. Unfortunately, with those settings, I can no longer send group MMS. And to make matters stranger, my wife has an identical phone without hotspot issues. Can you help please? -Thanks! I am unable to recieve or send MMS messages when connected to GCI towers in Alaska. SMS, call, and data all work fine. The issue appears whenever I am on GCI network, and disappears when I drive through an area with t-mobile coverage. Here are the details of my issue: Google Pixel 6a Android 13 build TQ3A.230605.010.A1 T-mobile prepaid Error messages: Message expired or not available Trouble sending Here is what I have tried: various recommended APN configurations Ensure my plan and balance are valid Restart phone and reset connection with airplane mode switch texting apps / clear and reinstall app disable wi-fi calling update android while these solutions worked for others, they did not for me. What are the next steps towards finding a solution?291Visto0likes1ComentarioNew Phone not Connecting to T-mobile Network
Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says "can't connect to this network right now, try again later"Solved1.9KViews1like13Comentarios
